Air Quality
The air quality is down due to all of the fires. Jon R. Gray Chiropractic has air filters going at all times. This significantly reduces the pollutants here in our office. Outside it has been up to 132 AQI. Our average is 22 AQI. Anything below 50 AQI is healthy. If you are not feeling well, please come in and see us. The fresh air and adjustment might do you some good.
