Patient Results

When I went to the weight loss class I was very skeptical of a treatment that claims typical weight loss is between 3 and 7 pounds per week without drugs or surgery.  In the past when I have been serious about losing weight I would eat salads and fruit and exercise 2 hours a day and lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week.  After listening to the presentation and hearing Heather Gray’s story I felt this was something my 15 year old son and I would try. We started the treatment at the end of August and were told we could each be at our goal weight by the end of October.  I was still skeptical and thought how wonderful that would be…if it were true.

We stuck to the plan and didn’t cheat ourselves.  The quick weight loss and overall feeling of good health kept us going.  We each made our goal weight in just 9 weeks.  My son lost 46 pounds and I lost 28 pounds! I am so glad we made the decision to try the program.  We didn’t feel deprived because the foods were filling, tasty, and satisfying.

I believe our success in this program also had to do with our coach.  She knew the program, answered our questions, gave us great recipes, and had a very positive attitude. We always came away from our weekly weigh-ins feeling encouraged and eager to continue the journey.
We both recommend this treatment to anyone who wants to lose weight in an amazingly quick and healthy way.                                                 Kelly and Brandon

Dr. Jon Gray Asks some important questions of interest to Boise residents - Chiropractor Boise Dr. Jon Gray Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
How do you know when you're healthy?
Ask most Boise residents this simple question and you're likely to hear, "When you feel good" or "When you're at your proper weight for your height" or "When you have lots of energy and vitality." Great answers. But our chiropractic patients know that true health is when your body is working as it was designed. True health is how you function, not how you feel.
